The subdivision pool opens every year the 1st weekend in May and closes October 1st. Hours of operation are posted on the gate. The pool has been retrofitted with safety drain covers as required by law. The pool is cleaned and chemically treated by a professional pool service provider three times a week during summer months and once a week during winter months. The restrooms are cleaned twice weekly during the summer months and once a week during the winter months. The pool house and pool furniture are washed and repaired each spring prior to the opening of the pool.
Pool Rules:
- Facilities are for us by Copperfield Estates / South & The Village residents and guest only.
- Guests must be accompanied by an adult homeowner.
- Children 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
- No running or horse play.
- No glass containers
- No eating or drinking in the pool or directly along the outer edge of the pool.
- No alcoholic beverages allowed.
- No parties.
- No bicycles, skates or skateboards inside the fence.
- No foul language
- No smoking.
- Pick up all personal items as you exit the pool.
Pool Hours:
- Sunday – Thursday 6:00 A.M. – 10:00 P.M.
- Friday – Saturday 6:00 A.M. – Midnight (10:00 P.M. – Midnight Adults Only)
The HOA has one park that is available to residents year-round. Our park is located at the corner of Hawk and Catskill.
Park / Playground Rules
- An adult must accompany children when at the park / playground.
- Guests must be accompanied by an adult homeowner when at the park / playground.
- The following are not allowed in or around the park / playground:
- No pushing or shoving, no throwing of gravel or other foreign objects and no foul language or lewd behavior.
- Dispose of all garbage properly.
- Take all personal items with you when leaving the park / playground.
Homeowners Association has two fishing ponds that are available for use by our residents year-round. The ponds are located at the end of Hawk drive on the North and South sides of the street.
The Homeowners Association hires a pond maintenance service provider. This provider has a degree in biology and has twenty years experience in Aquatic and Wetland consulting. In addition, he uses only EPA approved products in and around the ponds. By securing these services, we will attain a better fish population in addition to keeping the grasses and plant materials under control.

- No off-road motor vehicles on grass areas (excluding lawn service)
